With over 20 years experience in Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) Development, Lebo has a passion for empowering entrepreneurs through personal coaching and business support that will enable them to lead and grow their businesses and contribute to the socio-economic development of South Africa. Over her career, she has successfully initiated an implemented numerous development programmes for MSMEs nationally with a focus on youth-owned and women-owned businesses in the insurance sector as well as education (childhood development).

Lebo has also served on several business association committees focusing on Transformation (B-BBEE), Enterprise and Supplier Development, Preferential Procurement as well as Financial Inclusion (Access to appropriate financial products and services including Financial Literacy).
